The HUD reflects. It does not control.

Steward HUD / Panel is not authority, not protection by itself, not surveillance, not analytics, and not an autonomous repair system. It displays governed state and supports bounded steward action paths without becoming the source of truth, permission, posture, or enforcement.

What it shows

Governed visibility for active systems.

Truth state

Approved Verity truth standing, receipt references, and unresolved verification status.

Security posture

Approved Security Suite posture summaries and containment state references.

Licensed presence

Registered package and component standing without scanning or crawling.

Critical workflow

Orange, Red, and Black conditions remain visible until verified green and steward-cleared.

Checkpoints

Standing checkpoints, package identity, and review context for governed operations.

Bounded requests

Steward actions can be requested, but the HUD does not authorize or execute authority.
